Windy & Carl have spent 30 years creating a captivating and foundational style of mostly instrumental cinematic compositions. Primarily using guitars, their long form ambient pieces sit alongside forays into dreampop and shoe gaze. Signing to kranky in 1998, the duo amassed a large body or work and toured in the USA and Europe before taking a hiatus in performing in 2012. Recently back to writing and recording, the duo are once again performing live and we are fortunate to host them in collaboration with Ghost Canyon Fest for a weekend of mile high drift!

Seating is limited for this intimate and earthly early evening of music !! Supporting Windy & Carl are Prymek & Sage (half of Fuubutsushi) and New Standards Men; a free jazz stew gaze mountain pastoral barn drifter of a night!
5/17 in Denver at the Bug Theater. 6pm doors / 7pm music.
A more traditional theater setting for this one! Ritger and Weathers will open this evening with some extended technique free improvisation electro acoustic wizardry.
