Chihei Hatakeyama - Colorado 2025
One of Japan’s premiere ambient guitar musicians comes to Colorado’s Front Range for three special events. All three events are all ages.
March 8 - Secret Location
Hatakayama will perform in a quartet accompanied by Carl Ritger, Matthew Sage, and Andrew Weathers. This event will run during the day from 3pm - 6pm. The quartet will be performing and recording in an open house fashion at a secret location and guests are welcome to come and sit in to listen while the group records. For planning purposes, this event is located roughly 20 minutes north of Boulder.

March 9 - Denver - Leon Gallery
The evening will begin with the Ritger/Sage/Weathers trio, followed by a solo performance from Hatakeyama. Expect an immersive audio/visual experience featuring sights and sounds occupying this wonderful white wall gallery space in downtown Denver.
March 11 - Colorado Springs - What’s Left Records
Another Hatakeyama solo performance headlines this third gathering. Ritger and Weathers perform as a duo here, and local group Ozso open the evening at Colorado Springs wonderful What’s Left Records.
