From 2014-2019, Matthew Sage explored Chicago, Illinois; often on foot, and often with a Nikon DSLR in tow. He amassed a collection of more than 300 photos that capture the city; these photos are not quite portraiture -- there are no people -- and aren’t landscapes, but rather a kind of blurring of those two.
